Connection Practice for Socially Anxious & Neurodivergent Adults

Live, Facilitated Relational Practice Group on Zoom

This is an ongoing, small-group practice space for adults who want to build real connection skills through live interaction — not performance. Many socially anxious and neurodivergent adults have done therapy, reflection, or personal development, yet still struggle in real-time connection. This group focuses on practicing presence, self regulation, expression, and responsiveness with others, rather than talking about connection in theory.

This group may be a good fit if you:

●     Experience social anxiety, shutdown, or freezing in difficult conversations

●     Identify as neurodivergent (ADHD, autistic, sensory-sensitive, highly cognitive)

●     Overthink conversations or replay interactions afterward

●     Want to connect without masking, scripting or performing

What This Group Is:

●     Live, facilitated relational practice on Zoom

●     Small group to support safety and participation

●     Experiential and interactive (not a lecture)

●     Guided exercises informed by Authentic Relating/Circling Practices and emotional intelligence

This group is not group therapy, a lecture, or a social skills class.
It is a practice-based environment for developing relational capacity in real time.

Planned Structure:

●     Frequency: Twice per month

●     Session length:  2 hours

●     Group size: Small

●     Platform: Zoom
